Thomas Franklin Harbor, Sr., age 70, of Edgerton, Ohio, passed away at 1:20 P.M. on Sunday, July 22, 2018, at Park View Nursing Center in Edgerton, where he was a resident. Mr. Harbor had been employed by ITT Higbie in Archbold, Ohio, and retired with more than forty years of service at the time the plant closed. He was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and had formerly owned and operated T & D Cycle in Fayette, Ohio, where he built his own Harley and repaired others. He formerly held memberships in the Bryan, Kenton and Napoleon, Ohio, Eagles lodges.Thomas Franklin Harbor, Sr. was born on September 4, 1947, in Kenton, Ohio, the son of Thomas W. and Ruby Melissa (Patton) Harbor. His survivors include one daughter, Kimberly (Tammy) Buchs, of Edgerton; one son, Thomas Franklin (Diane) Harbor, Jr., of Las Vegas, Nevada; two grandchildren, Skyler (CeCe) Muehlfeld, of Bryan, and Estee Harbor, of Las Vegas; and one sister, Elda, in Florida. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Seth Muehlfeld; one sister, Edith; and three brothers, Lewis, David and Fred Harbor.Private family services and interment will take place at a later date.Memorials are requested to the Williams County Humane Society.
