Richard “Rick” Marker, age 62, of Findlay, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at 12:12 P.M. on Sunday, February 17, 2019, at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay. He was a 1974 graduate of Bryan High School and graduated in 1978 from the Ohio State University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. He was an avid reader and enjoyed music, having been part of a band when he was in High School. Richard Marker was born on June 7, 1956, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of William R. and Margaret (Hampton) Marker. Rick is survived by his mother, Margaret Poncsak, of West Unity; father, William Marker, of Oak Harbor, Ohio; sister, Kelly (Jeff) Patten, of West Unity; niece, Tosha (Todd) Moyer, of Bryan; great niece and nephew, Taeya and Trevin Moyer, of Bryan; special aunt, Margie Vent, of Bryan; step siblings, Mick (Dana) Poncsak and Rick (Stephanie) Poncsak, both of Bryan, Andy (Suzanne) Poncsak, of Columbus and Angie (Mark) Grine, of Liberty Center and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation for Rick with be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 11:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:30 P.M. at Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan with Pastor J. Mark Holbrook officiating. Memorials are requested to the charity of the donor’s choice.
