Paula D. Kramer, age 65, of Edon, Ohio, died at 10:13 A.M. on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after a brief illness. Mrs. Kramer was a 1970 graduate of Edon High School and had been employed as a secretary at Edon Northwest Schools for twenty-two years, where she also served in many other capacities until her health declined. She was a member of the Edon United Methodist Church, where she was the organist for forty-seven years and played piano and organ for numerous weddings and funerals. She also was the accompanist for many Edon Northwest Schools students at concerts and OMEA contests. Paula was a charter member of PSI Iota XI-Theta Kappa Chapter in Edon and had served in most every office and also had served as the Ohio State President of the sorority. Most of all she was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed being with and supporting her family in everything they did. Paula D. Kramer was born on June 24, 1952, in Edon, Ohio, the daughter of Norman D. and Annabel L. (Thompson) Coles. She married her husband of thirty-five years, Donald W. Kramer, on September 3, 1982, in Edon and he survives.Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Ashleigh (Jeremy) Trent, of Edon, and Abbey Kramer, of Fishers, Indiana; three grandchildren, Grace Reitzel and Emma and Brady Trent; and one brother, Randy (Janette) Coles, of Edon. She was preceded in death by her parents.Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2018, from 2:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 204 West Indiana Street, Edon. Services will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018, at 1:30 P.M. in the Edon United Methodist Church with Pastor Doug Widdowson officiating.
