Marvin E. Weber, age 67, of Edgerton, Ohio, passed away suddenly at 5:04 P.M. on Friday, November 18, 2022, in Edgerton. Mr. Weber was a 1973 graduate of Edgerton High School and began working in maintenance for Simpson Industries, which eventually became Diversified Machine, retiring with over thirty years of service to the company. He was a Life member of the NRA and enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting, and drag racing. He was also an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and enjoyed Edgerton Bulldog athletics. Marvin E. Weber was born on June 23, 1955, in Hicksville, Ohio, the son of J. Franklin and Zelma Louise (Werst) Weber. He married Janelle D. Harrington on May 5, 1979, in Bryan, Ohio, and she survives. Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Jeremy (Starr) Weber, of Edgerton, and Chris (Tabitha) Weber, of Stroh, Indiana; one daughter, Stefanie (Brian) Bowsher, of Edgerton; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Ralph, Calvin, and Melvin Weber. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton. Services will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Pastor Rick Stiver officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton. Memorials are requested to the Edgerton Athletic Department.
