Bradley S. Czaja

Bradley S. Czaja, age 36, of Hicksville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne following a lengthy illness. Brad was a member of the Free Bible Tabernacle in Butler. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and his dogs.

Bradley S. Czaja was born March 30. 1988 in Toledo, Ohio, the son of Ronald J. and Sandra A (Rucker) Czaja. Brad married Chelsea M. Teegardin in Butler on August 20, 2016 and she survives. 

Brad is also survived by his children, Rhylee, Russell “R.J.”, Ryder and Sunny; his sisters, Tonya (Omar) Contreras, of Hicksville and Stephanie Czaja, of Butler and seven nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron and Sandy Czaja; grandparents, Bill and Lola Rucker, and Thaddeus “Ted” and Agnes Czaja; and an aunt, Susan Hoover.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. at the Free Bible Tabernacle, 206 West Washington Street, Butler, Indiana. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Joseph Albertson officiating. Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan has been entrusted with his services.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the family to help with expenses.
