Beulah F. Hopkins, age 103, formerly of Bryan, Ohio, died at 5:30 A.M. on Friday, April 13, 2018, at Country View of Sunbury in Condit, Ohio, where she was a resident. Mrs. Hopkins had been living in the Columbus, Ohio, area for the past ten years. She was a graduate of Pioneer High School. During WWII she was employed as a steel buyer in Kansas where aircraft were made for the war. Later she worked for Krill Funeral Home, The Aro Corporation, and as a cashier at Red and White grocery store in Bryan. She was a life member of the Phi Beta Psi sorority and of the First Church of Christ in Bryan. Mrs. Hopkins was an avid golfer, playing with her husband, Ken, until the age of 90 at Suburban Golf Course in Bryan.Beulah F Hopkins was born on March 30, 1915, in Northwest Township, Williams County, Ohio, the daughter of Stella (Walker) and Maurice Robb. She married Kenneth L Hopkins on July 23, 1949, in Bryan, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on August 17, 2009.She is survived by one son, Gary (Becky) Hopkins, of Delaware, Ohio, and one grandson, Michael (Ashley) Hopkins, of Columbus, Ohio. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd and Howard Robb; and one sister, Mildred Dorsey.Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, with Pastor Larry Snavely officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton.Memorials in the name of Beulah F.
