Barbara J. Fowler

Barbara Jean Fowler, age 71, of Hicksville, Ohio, passed away at 2:59 P.M. on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville and then was an organ donor. She had owned the former Rocky’s in Hicksville for many years. Barbara enjoyed playing bingo and gambling. Barbara was born on December 13, 1947 in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Leonard L and Elizabeth M. (Moog) Bigger. Survivors include her sister, Roxanne Book, of Hicksville; and brothers, Tom (Vickie) Bigger and Jack (Deb) Bigger, both of Hicksville and Tim (Bree Taner) Bigger, of Paulding; nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Bill Bigger and sister, Shirley Smith. In accordance with Barbara’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan.
