Juanita M. Figley, age 82, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2008, in Park View Nursing Center, Edgerton, Ohio, where she was a resident. Mrs. Figley was a bookkeeper for Fisher Implement for twenty-six years and then worked for Camps Farm Equipment in Hicksville for eleven years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church near Edgerton, Ohio. Juanita M. Figley was born on September 17, 1925, in Defiance County, Ohio, the daughter of Frank and Hazel (Royer) Baerlin. She married Francis Figley on November 22, 1958, in Edgerton, Ohio, and he preceded her in death in 1963. Mrs. Figley is survived by one daughter, Karen (Ron) Camp, of Auburn, Indiana, and two grandsons, Doug (Jana) Camp, of LaOtto, Indiana, and Greg (Liz) Camp, of Gilberts, Illinois. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren, one brother, LaVogne Baerlin, of Williams Center, Ohio, one sister, Pauline Dyke, of Detroit, Michigan, and her longtime special friend, Bill Gearhart, of Edon, Ohio. Services for Juanita M. Figley will be on Saturday, April 19, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio, with her grandson, Greg Camp, officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton, Ohio. Memorials in the name of Juanita M. Figley may be given to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers Hospice Care or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
