Charlene R. Rodriguez-Shadbolt

Charlene R. Rodriguez-Shadbolt, age 47, of Defiance, Ohio, died at 4:20 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2007, in Brookview Healthcare Center in Defiance, where she was a resident. She was a 1978 graduate of Edgerton High School and was a nurse’s aide, working in several health care facilities in Toledo and Defiance. She was a former member of Bryan Eagles Aerie #2233. Charlene R. Rodriguez-Shadbolt was born on October 19, 1960, in Hicksville, Ohio, the daughter of Richard C. and Karen B. (Witte) Stark. She is survived by her father, Richard C. Stark, of Edgerton, Ohio, one brother, Jeff Stark, of Defiance, Ohio, a sister, Cheri (Matt) Pollard, of Sherwood, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen B. Stark, in 1998. Services for Charlene R. Rodriguez-Shadbolt, will be Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Edgerton, Ohio, with Father Stephen Schroeder officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral In Edgerton, Ohio, from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2007, with a scripture service to be held at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Memorials in the name of Charlene R. Rodriguez-Shadbolt may be given to Indiana University Medical Molecular Genetics Research in Huntington’s Chorea Disease, Brookview Healthcare Center Activity Fund or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
