Duane J. Hug

View Video Tribute Duane J. Hug, age 49, of Angola, Indiana, died early Friday, May 4, 2007, shortly after arrival at Cameron Memorial Hospital in Angola, Indiana. He was a 1976 graduate of Edgerton High School and was employed by the Indiana Department of Transportation at the time of his death. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge. Duane J. Hug was born on December 7, 1957, in Hicksville, Ohio, the son of Alfred C. and Idris L. (Kissinger) Hug. Mr. Hug is survived by one sister, Rosalie (James) Thiel, of Blakeslee, Ohio, and four brothers, Donald (Marilyn) Hug, Arthur (Kathleen) Hug and Neal (Cathy) Hug, all of Edgerton, Ohio, and Richard (Carolyn) Hug, of Portland, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Robert and Clarence. Services for Duane J. Hug will be on Monday, May 7, 2007, at 10:30 a.m in the Krill Funeral Home in Edgerton, Ohio, with Pastor Bryon Adams officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home in Edgerton, Ohio, from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2007. Memorials in the name of Duane J. Hug may be given to the American Heart Association.
