Bostic, 69, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2005, in the emergency room of Community Health and Wellness Centers, Bryan, Ohio, after an illness of one month. Rosella was a press operator for Allied Moulded Products, Inc. for over 27 years, retiring in 1996. She was a member of Union Chapel Church of God, Bryan, where she served on the church council and was secretary of the Union Chapel’s Women’s Ministry. Rosella L. Bostic was born on January 12, 1936, in Van Wert, County, Ohio, the daughter of Bernard and Katherine (Waller) Baxter. She married Clavel J. Bostic on November 8, 1969, and he preceded her in death on June 16, 1992. Surviving are her two sons, Richard “Rich” (Sherry) Trubey, of Bryan, Ohio, and Staff Sgt. Keith (Michelle) Trubey, U.S. Army, of Bryan, currently serving in Iraq with the 983rd Engineering Battalion; one daughter, Marlene Hamrick, of Bryan, Ohio; one stepson, Clavel “Mickey” (Teresa) Bostic, Jr., of Sunrise, Florida; grandchildren, Christopher and MaKenzie Trubey, Natasha, Hailey, Olivia, Tyler and Caleb Trubey, and Lowell and Amanda Hamrick; stepgrandchildren, Stephanie, Tracey and Joey Bostic; one sister, Roberta (Roger) Holman, of Hamilton, Indiana; three brothers, Kenneth (Irene) Baxter, and Harold (Sharon) Baxter, both of Hamilton, Indiana, and Cloyce (Shirley) Baxter, of Mount Sterling, Kentucky. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one infant sister. Funeral services for Rosella L. Bostic will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2005, in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with Pastor Dennis Jones officiating. Private interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation for Mrs. Bostic will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, from 2-8 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, Ohio. Memorials for Rosella L. Bostic may be made to Union Chapel Church of God or to the family.
