Donald J. Tumilty, age 75, of Bryan, Ohio, and originally from Lincoln, Illinois, died at 7:50 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2004, at Community Health and Wellness Centers, Montpelier, Ohio. A graduate of Lincoln, Illinois High School, Donald was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War, attaining the rank of Staff Sargent. Mr. Tumilty was an Operations Manager for A T & T Telephone Company for 33 years, working in Illinois and Northwest Ohio. He attended the First Presbyterian Church of Bryan, Ohio, and the Jekyll Island Presbyterian Church, Jekyll, Island, Georgia. He was formerly a member of Orchard Hills Country Club, Bryan, Ohio. Donald J. Tumilty was born on December 8, 1928, in Lincoln, Illinois, the son of Joseph and Dorothy Elizabeth (Watters) Tumilty. He married Linda J. Sullivan on December 26, 1977, in Lincoln, Illinois, and she survives. Surviving in addition to his wife is one daughter, Carole (Tony) Whitaker, of Addison, Illinois, seven grandchildren, Amy, Nicholas and Michael Addante, Cade, Braden, Teagan and Cami Whitaker, two sisters, Margaret Langenbahn of Lincoln, Illinois, and Marsha (Dick) Logan of Bloomington, Illinois. Many nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service for Donald J. Tumilty will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 506 Oxford Drive, Bryan, Ohio, with Pastor Robert J. Marrow officiating. Friends will be received at the church one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are being handled by Krill Funeral Service, Bryan, Ohio. Memorials in the name of Donald J.
