View Video Tribute Glenn J. Smith, age 68, of Bryan, Ohio, died in his residence at 9:22 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2008, following an extended illness. Mr. Smith was employed by H R H Industries, Bryan, as a truck driver and heavy equipment operator until he became disabled due to injury. He was a member of Melbern United Methodist Church. Glenn J. Smith was born on April 21, 1939, in Pioneer, Ohio, to Forrest Glenn and Fay (Johnson) Smith. He married Judel K. Henricks on February 18, 1979, in Paulding, Ohio, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Mr. Smith is survived by seven children: Robin (Clarence) Herman, of Edon, Ohio, Ric (Carol) Henricks, of Bryan, Mark G. (Tammy) Smith, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Robbie (Larry) Maassel, of Malinta, Ohio, Todd Smith, of Fort Wayne, Ritchie (Carolyn) Henricks, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Jennifer Lynn Riley, of Cabot, Arkansas, ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Bill (Carole) Smith, of Edon, and two sisters, Mary Jane Randall, of Fayette, Ohio, and Corma Hopkins, of Bryan. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Mildred Clay, Lois Smith and Dorothy Simmons, three brothers, Forrest, Bob and Donald Smith, and one grandson, Tyson Henricks. Services for Glenn J. Smith will be on Sunday, March 2, 2008, at 3:00 p.m., in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with Bill Priest officiating. Interment will follow in Brown Cemetery, near Bryan, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, Ohio, from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, March 1. Memorials in the name of Glenn J. Smith may be given to John Hagee Ministries Exodus II Program.
