View Video Tribute Robert J. Donze, 59 years, of rural Bryan, died at 8:20 a.m. on Monday, May 14, 2007, in the emergency room of Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan, Ohio. An Army veteran of the Viet Nam Era, Robert was a laborer at Fleetwood Travel Trailer in Edgerton for many years. He had also worked for Allied Moulded Products and Ohio Art Company in Bryan. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Bryan V.F.W. Post 2489. Robert J. Donze was born on February 29, 1948, the son of Walter Charles Francis and Laura Ann (Liska) Donze. Surviving are his three sisters, including his twin sister, Barbara Donze, of Bryan, Betty Lou (Edward) Lorentz, of Bryan and Margaret (Claude) Taylor, of Avondale, Arizona, sister-in-law, Betty Jane Donze of Bryan and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Leland, Wilbur and Richard Donze, and two sisters, Annabelle Hellemn and Lucille Hantz. Funeral services for Robert J. Donze will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 18, 2007, in St. Patrick Catholic Church, Bryan, with Father Charles Ritter officiating. Interment will follow in Shiffler Cemetery, rural Bryan, with military grave side rites conducted by Bryan V.F.W. Post 2489. Visitation for Mr. Donze will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2007, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Scripture services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Memorials in the name of Robert J. Donze may be given to St. Patrick Catholic Church or the American Diabetes Association.
