Mary M. (Musser) Bunting

Mary M. (Musser) Bunting, age 90, of Bryan, Ohio, died early Thursday morning, January 17, 2008, at Harborside Healthcare of Defiance, Ohio, where she was a resident. Mrs. Bunting was employed by Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, Ohio, retiring with 20 years of service. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #2489 in Bryan, Ohio. Mary M. (Musser) Bunting was born on October 4, 1917, in Trafford, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Frank and Anna (Bedida) Omasta. She is survived by four daughters, Ann (John) Longstreet, of Shannadowa, Iowa, Darlene (Ken) Hamet, of Defiance, Ohio, Sandy Unger, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Cathy (Steve) Walker, of Defiance, Ohio, and one son, Joe (Pat) Omasta, of Huntington, West Virginia. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and one sister, Vee Belinski, in Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Steve Omasta. Grave side services for Mary M. (Musser) Bunting will be held on Monday, January 21, 2008, at 12:00 noon in the Brown Cemetery near Bryan, Ohio. Visitation will be private.
