Gerald L. Mock, age 65, of Montpelier, Ohio, died Saturday, October 23, 2004, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana, after a sudden illness. Mr. Mock was employed by Bard Manufacturing in Bryan, Ohio, for over 30 years, retiring in 2001. Mr. Mock served our country in the United States Army from 1958 to 1960. Gerald L. Mock was born on October 15, 1939, in St. Joe, Indiana, the son of Delbert and Edna (Williams) Mock. He married Irma E. Nagy on August 19, 1961, in Williams Center, Ohio, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Irma, Mr. Mock is survived by two sons, Doug L. (Cindy) Mock of Montpelier, Ohio, and Dale L. (Lorrie) Mock, also of Montpelier, Ohio; three daughters, Connie S. (Mark) Greathouse of Edgerton, Ohio, Dawn G. (Scott) Chaffee of Edon, Ohio, and Sandy Mock of Bryan, Ohio; eleven grandchildren, Stacy, Kristi and Chasity Mock, Ashley and Amy Mock, Ryan, Tyler, Lyndsi and Chelsea Greathouse, Dustin and Alyssa Chaffee; two brothers, Dale (Veronica) Mock of Seattle, Washington, Lynn (Virginia) Mock of Angola, Indiana; two sisters, Helen (John) Berhow of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Carolyn (Steve) White of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services for Gerald L. Mock will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. (Ohio time) in the Krill Funeral Home, 114 E. Hull Street, Edgerton, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Butler Cemetery, Butler, Indiana. Visitation for Mr. Mock will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. (Ohio time) in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton. Memorials in the name of Gerald L.
