View Video Tribute Lamoile V. Herman, age 93, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 8:47 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in her home after a brief illness. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton, where she was also a member of the Rosary Altar Society. Lamoile V. Herman was born on January 18, 1914, near Blakeslee, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Ida (Trausch) Blinzler. She married Murwin X. Herman on January 19, 1932, in Blakeslee, Ohio, and preceded her in death on August 27, 1997. Mrs. Herman is also survived by two daughters, Regina Meyer, of Hicksville, Ohio, and Hilda (Bill) McCool, of Edgerton, Ohio; three sons, Leo (Joan) Herman, of Bryan, Ohio, Carl (Carol) Herman, of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and Robert Herman. Also surviving are nineteen grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Peter X. and Augustin Herman, three brothers, Carolus, Francis and Earl Blinzler, and three sisters, Blanche Blomeke, Sister Helena Blinzler and Pearl Peter. Services for Lamoile V. Herman will be on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Edgerton, Ohio, with Father Stephen Schroeder officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, April 9, with recitation of the rosary at 8:00 p.m. Memorials in the name of Lamoille V. Herman may be given to Hospice and Visiting Nurses of Williams and Fulton Counties or to St. Mary School.
