View Video Tribute Thomas J. Wickerham, age 61, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, December 25, 2005, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he had been a patient for one day. Mr. Wickerham was employed by Chase-Brass as a machinist, general laborer and driver with thirty-nine years of service. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Edgerton, Ohio, and Knights of Columbus Council #1494 in Edgerton. He was an avid motorcyclist and was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. Thomas J. Wickerham was born December 21, 1944, in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of Warren J. and Odelia E. (Goebel) Wickerham. He married Shirley M. Sindel on March 21, 1964, in Edgerton, Ohio, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Mr. Wickerham is survived by two sons, Douglas (Brenda) Wickerham, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Todd (Kimberly) Wickerham, of Charlotte, North Carolina, and six grandchildren, Cody, Rachel, Noah, Brianna, Cathryn and Holden Wickerham. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James Wickerham, in June 1999. Services for Thomas J. Wickerham will be on Thursday, December 29, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Edgerton, with Father Stephen Schroeder officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio, after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28. A scripture service will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28. In lieu of flowers, memorials in the name of Thomas J. Wickerham may be given to St. Mary’s School Endowment Fund or to St. Mary’s Church.
