Cynthia Sue Cline, age 52, of rural Hicksville, Ohio, died early Saturday, June 28, 2008, in her home after an extended illness. Mrs. Cline was a long-time employee of Edon State Bank until her retirement. She was a member of the Bryan Alliance Church and formerly the Hicksville Community Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Cynthia Sue Cline was born on August 31, 1955, in Montpelier, Ohio, the daughter of James and Martha (Wallace) Finch. She married Connie Lee Luke on June 17, 1979, and he preceded her in death on May 18, 1997. She then married Kenneth L. Cline on November 11, 2000, and he survives. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Cline is survived by her stepchildren, Thomas A. Luke, of Edgerton, Ohio, Michael A. Luke, of Montpelier, Ohio, Kevin (Angel) Cline, of Hicksville, Ohio, and Amy (Frank) Arnold, of Warren, Ohio, eight stepgrandchildren and her father, James Finch, of Montpelier, Ohio. She is also survived by a brother, Jim Finch, of Montpelier, Ohio, and a sister, Mari (Jack) Quimby, of Stryker, Ohio. In addition to her first husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Finch. Services for Cynthia Sue Cline will be on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. in the Bryan Alliance Church with Pastor Gary Keisling officiating. Interment will follow in Brown Cemetery near Bryan, Ohio. Visitation for Mrs. Cline will be on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home at 860 West Mulberry Street in Bryan, Ohio. Memorials in the name of Cynthia Sue Cline may be given to the Bryan Alliance Church Children’s Ministry Program or the Defiance Area Hospice.
