Beth Ann Johnson

View Video Tribute Beth Ann Johnson, age 46, of Ney, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, at 8:46 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, after an extended illness. Ms. Johnson was a 1980 graduate of Fairview High School and was employed by C.E. Electronics in Bryan for more than fourteen years.  She was a member of Ney United Methodist Church and attended Life Changing Realities Fellowship Church in Edgerton, Ohio. Beth Ann Johnson was born on January 6, 1962, in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Edgar L. and Mary L. (Kleinhen) Baker.  She is survived by one son, Zach Johnson, and one daughter, Emmi Johnson, both of Ney, Ohio, her mother, Mary L. Baker, of Fostoria, Ohio, one brother, Terry (Jean) Baker, of Fostoria, Ohio, three sisters, Bonnie (Bert) Freeman, of Jackson, Michigan, Cathy (Tom) Pryslak, of Fort Dodge, Iowa, and Lennie (Jim) Kirsch, of Sturgis, Michigan.  Also surviving is her companion, Kirk D. Thompson, of West Unity, Ohio. Services for Beth Ann Johnson will be on Saturday, August 16, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Life Changing Realities Church near Edgerton, Ohio, with Pastor Byron Adams officiating.  Interment will follow in Ney Cemetery, Ney, Ohio.  Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, August, 15. Memorials in the name of Beth Ann Johnson may be given to Defiance County Relay for Life.
