Eileen M. Crawford

Eileen M. Crawford, age 85, of Edon, Ohio, died at 2:17 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2008, at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, Ohio, where she was admitted earlier in the day. Mrs. Crawford was employed by Fleetwood Industries in Edgerton, Ohio, as a cabinet builder until her retirement in 1978. She was a member of the Edon United Methodist Church. Eileen M. Crawford was born on April 24, 1923, in Payne, Ohio, the daughter of Charles Robert and Ethel Irene (Little) Bradley. She married Raymond Gerald Crawford on January 24, 1946, in Angola, Indiana, and he preceded her on March 20, 1978. Mrs. Crawford is survived by four children, Ron (Sheila) Crawford and Don (Linda) Crawford, both of Edon, Ohio, Connie (Les) Rockey, of Plant City, Florida, and Kathy (Syl) Engelmann, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one brother, Robert Bradley, of Bryan, Ohio. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Howard Bradley. Services for Eileen M. Crawford will be on Friday, October 31, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, Ohio, with Pastor Eric Dailey officiating. Interment will follow in the Columbia Cemetery. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home in Edon, Ohio, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 30. Memorials in the name of Eileen M. Crawford may be given to the Edon Senior Center.
