Arietta Stark Bell, age 94,of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 6:02 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Park View Nursing Center, Edgerton, Ohio, where she was a resident. Mrs. Bell was an Edgerton High School graduate. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton, Ohio. She loved spending time in her garden and with her rosary. Arietta Stark Bell was born on June 14, 1914, in Edgerton, Ohio, the daughter of John and Dora (Sanders) Fiig. She was married to Marcellus Stark in January of 1935, and he preceded her in death in 1980. Mrs. Bell is survived by one daughter, Victoria (Lamar) Kline, of Edon, Ohio; three grandchildren, Cheryl (James) Coburn, of Edon, Ohio, Rick (Deb) Stark, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Steve (Sheryl) Stark, of Hicksville, Ohio; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; one sister, Rose Beevers, of Montpelier, Ohio; and one brother, Kenneth Fiig, of Edgerton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Charles Stark; two grandchildren, Cynthia Kline and Larry Kline; one sister, Marguerite Miller; and three brothers, Rupert, Carl, and John Fiig. Services for Arietta Stark Bell will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Edgerton, Ohio, with Father Stephen Schroeder officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation will be in St. Mary Catholic Church, Edgerton, Ohio, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in the name of Arietta Stark Bell may be given to the elevator fund at St. Mary Catholic Church.
