Alyvia Grace Bass

Alyvia Grace Bass, two-month-old daughter of Tina and Dustin Bass, of Montpelier, Ohio, died at 2:35 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2009, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, where she had been a patient since birth. Alyvia Grace Bass was born on November 27, 2008, in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Dustin M. and Tina T. (Powers) Bass. She is survived by her parents, of Montpelier, Ohio, her brothers and sisters, Gavyn, Brittney, Daryke and Dylan Bass, Savannah, Isabella, Lisa and J.J. Powers, paternal grandparents, Susan and Robert Lawson, of Bryan, Ohio, maternal grandparents, Frelin and Yvonne Powers, of Cleveland, Ohio, paternal great-grandparents, Harley and Mary Jane Faber, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Dorothy Lawson, of Defiance, Ohio, maternal great-grandparents, Mary (Harry) Baltimore, of Louisville, Kentucky, and Theora Powers, of Chapmanville, West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Michael Bass, and one aunt, Heather Bass. Visitation and services for Alyvia Grace Bass will be private with interment in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton, Ohio. Memorials in the name of Alyvia Grace Bass may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
