Steven A. Zimmerman

Steven A. Zimmerman, age 55, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 6:52 p.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2009, in his home surrounded by family and friends. Mr. Zimmerman was a 1972 graduate of Edgerton High School and was employed by Edgerton Forge for the last thirty-six years. He attended the Edgerton United Methodist Church. Steven A. Zimmerman was born on March 23, 1953, in Edgerton, Ohio, the son of Raymond A. and Marie (Chandler) Zimmerman. Mr. Zimmerman is survived by two brothers, Edwin Zimmerman, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Robert (Martha) Zimmerman, of Hicksville, Ohio, one sister, Ida Mae (Darl) Cook, of Hicksville, Ohio, and two half-brothers, Jerry Zimmerman, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Russell Zimmerman. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services for Steven A. Zimmerman will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. in the Edgerton United Methodist Church with Reverend R.L.Barnett officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home in Edgerton, Ohio, from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Memorials in the name of Steven A. Zimmerman may be given to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers Hospice Care, Williams County Humane Society, Edgerton United Methodist Church or Life Changing Realities Fellowship.
