Irvin W. Robarge, age 89, of Bryan, Ohio, went to be with the Lord at 3:20 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2008, at Hillside Country Living near Bryan, Ohio, where he was a resident. Mr. Robarge was a farmer and lifelong resident of Bryan, Ohio. He was an active member of the Farm Bureau, Trinity Lutheran Church, Williams County Historical Society and the Williams County Cattlemen’s Association. Irvin W. Robarge was born on the family farm, historically noted for its octagonal barn, on January 18, 1919, near Bryan, Ohio, the son of Frank and Wilhelmina “Minnie” (Kline) Robarge. He married Kathleen B. Stotz on December 13, 1941, in Bryan, Ohio, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Mr. Robarge is survived by two sons, Bill (Patricia) Robarge, of Greentown, Indiana, and Dennis (Kathy) Robarge, of Goshen, Indiana, four grandchildren, Andrew, Jason, Mandy and Mark Robarge. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Zepherine Partee, Gladys Easler and Ethel Bolton and five brothers, Raymond, Oscar, Earl, Frank, Jr. and Forrest Robarge. Services for Irvin Robarge will be on Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Bryan, Ohio, with Pastor Don Lechrone officiating. Interment will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery in Bryan, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, February 15. Memorials in the name of Irvin Robarge may be given to the Williams County Historical Society or to Trinity Lutheran Church.
