View Video Tribute M. Virginia Frager, age 88, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 6:55 a.m. on Friday, September 2, 2005 in Parkview Nursing Center, Edgerton, Ohio where she was a resident. Mrs. Frager was a cafeteria cook for the Edgerton Locals Schools for twenty years retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Edgerton United Methodist Church, VFW Post #2484 auxillary in Bryan, Ohio, and the Pearl Circle of the United Methodist Women. M. Virginia Frager was born December 24, 1916 in West Unity, Ohio the daughter of R. Rowe and Grace (Opdyke) Newcomb. She married Willard T. Frager of November 18, 1943, in Hicksville, Ohio and he preceded her in death on December 17, 1984. Mrs. Frager is survived by one daughter, Phyllis (Bruce) Button, of Hamilton, Indiana, one son Phillip (Diane) Frager, of Edgerton, Ohio, three grandchildren, Aaron and Adam Frager, of Edgerton, Ohio and Camille (Justin) Kochs, of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by two brothers, Wendell Newcomb, of Archbold, Ohio and Hillis Newcomb, of Alburqurque, New Mexico. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Nora Phauneil Frager, three brothers, Leon, John and Marvin Newcomb and two sisters, Maxine Munk and Nina Beckman. Services for M. Virgina Frager will be Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio with Camille and Justin Kochs officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home in Edgerton, Ohio from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, September 5. Memorials in the name of M. Virgina Frager may be given to the Edgerton United Methodist Church or to the Friends of the Edgerton Public Library.
