Charlotte L. (Farnham) Stauffer, age 93, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 6:40 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2008, in Park View Nursing Center, Edgerton, Ohio, where she was a resident. Mrs. Stauffer was a graduate of Edgerton High School and attended Davis Business College. She worked as a teller at the Edgerton State Bank and retired in 1976 with forty years of service. She was a member of the Edgerton United Methodist Church and the Mary Martha Circle. She was also a seventy-year member of Evening Star Chapter #14, Order of the Eastern Star. Charlotte L. (Farnham) Stauffer was born on June 26, 1915, in Edgerton, Ohio, the daughter of Meade A. and Maude Louise (Fisher) Farnham. She married Henry H. Stauffer on July 23, 1938, in Albion, Indiana, and he preceded her in death on December 14, 1990. Mrs. Stauffer is survived by one nephew, Ronald (LeAnn) Farnham, of Angola, Indiana, a niece-in-law, Denise Farnham, of Edgerton, Ohio, and seven great-nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Lucille Farnham, and a nephew, Robert Farnham. Services for Charlotte L. (Farnham) Stauffer will be on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio, with Reverend R.L. Barnett officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio, from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22. Memorials in the name of Charlotte L. (Farnham) Stauffer may be given to the Edgerton United Methodist Church, the Edgerton Senior Center or to a charity of the donor's choice.
