Kathryn Elizabeth Thomas

Kathryn Elizabeth (Betty Gruver) Thomas, age 85, of Ocala, Florida, died at 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2008 at Palm Gardens of Ocala, after a lengthy battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Kathryn Elizabeth Thomas was born March 10, 1923, in Warsaw, Indiana the youngest child of Floyd Abraham and Helen Eliza (Ramey) Gruver. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Lee (and husband, George) Sarres, of Ocala, Florida, a sister-in-law, Ruby Gruver, of Edgerton, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl, Donald, John and Paul and a sister, Helen. Grave side service for Kathryn Elizabeth (Betty Gruver) Thomas will be Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton, Ohio with Pastor Rick Barnett officiating. There will be no visitation.
