Patricia Ann Fritch, age 78, of Bryan, Ohio, died on Friday, January 22, 2010, at the Rainbow Hospice in Park Ridge, Illinois, where she was a patient. She was a retired bookkeeper and was active with Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #2489 in Bryan and was a life member of its auxiliary. Mrs. Fritch was past President of the V.F.W. Post #2489 Auxiliary, past Grand President of the Military Order of Cooties Auxiliary (M.O.C.A.) and past Supreme Treasurer of the M.O.C.A. She was currently serving as a Grand Trustee of the M.O.C.A. and as President of M.O.C.A. #16 in Bryan, Ohio. Patricia Ann Fritch was born on April 27, 1931, in Cardington, Ohio, the daughter of Roy and Eleanor (Smiley) Robinson. She was the beloved wife of L. Francis Fritch, whom she married on March 30, 1974, in Bryan, Ohio. He preceded her in death on February 23, 1997. Patricia was a loving mother to her daughters, Diana Terrell, of Columbus, Ohio, and Linda L. (Claude) Herman, of Chicago, Illinois, and the late Frank E. Funk, Jr. and Clayton D. Funk. She was the proud grandmother of Christopher (Erin), Patricia, Rachel and Simon Herman and Michael, Sean, Luke and Amy Funk and was a dear aunt to Shelly Melton and Greg (Dawne) Kline and great-aunt to Sheila (Dean) Stuckey. Visitation for Patricia Ann Fritch will be held on Monday, January 25, 2010, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with services to be conducted by Bryan VFW Post #2489 Auxiliary and the Grand M.O.C.A. on Monday evening. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan. Interment will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan, Ohio.
