Robert L. Dulle, age 77, of rural Edon, Ohio, died at 6:25 P.M. on Sunday, March 14, 2010, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he was a patient. Mr. Dulle was employed in the warehouse of Campbell Soup Company in Napoleon, Ohio, and retired with more than thirty-two years of service. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Blakeslee, Ohio, and enjoyed farming, polka music, square dancing and watching Hee Haw and Lawrence Welk. Robert L. Dulle was born on October 19, 1932, in Henry County, Ohio, the son of Lawrence H. and Ardella H. (Westrick) Dulle. He married LouAnn Niese on August 17, 1955, in Leipsic, Ohio, and she survives. Also surviving are his children, Helen (Larry) Altman, of Montpelier, Ohio, Nick (Deb) Dulle, Jan (Don) Hall, Joyce (Terry) Whitney, Tom (Lisa) Dulle, Mary (Lyle) VanDeVoorde, all of Edon, Donna (Jim) Kingston, Jr., of Ashtabula, Ohio, Kevin (Laura) Dulle and Doug (Kris) Dulle, both of Edon, Robin (Ray) Leppelmeier, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Lawrence (Danielle) Dulle, also of Edon, thirty grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a sister, Edna Utendorf, of Ottawa, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Joseph Utendorf. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, with recitation of the rosary at 8:00 P.M. Services will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Blakeslee with Father Stephen Schroeder officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery near Blakeslee. Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
