Lois I. Reeb, age 91, of Montpelier, Ohio, and formerly a longtime resident of Sherwood, Ohio, died at 10:30 P.M. on Friday, June 18, 2010, at her residence in Montpelier. She was a 1937 graduate of Antwerp High School and was a member of the Mark Center United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women, in which she held many positions. She was currently attending St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Montpelier. Lois I. Reeb was born on August 22, 1918, in Paulding County, Ohio, the daughter of Iro and Lennie (Goying) Morhart. She married Edward Reeb, Jr. on September 21, 1940, in Antwerp, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on December 26, 1993. She is survived by one son, James (Carol) Reeb, of Ney, Ohio, three daughters, Peggy (Rhoe) Apt, of Pioneer, Ohio, Elnor (Earl) Geren and Judy Christman, both of Montpelier, eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Gary Christman, one sister, Mary Smith, and two brothers, Ralph and Ray Morhart. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 21, 2010, from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio. Services will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, with Reverend Bruce Tumblin officiating. Interment will follow in Ney Cemetery, Ney, Ohio. Memorials may be given to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers Hospital Hospice.
