View Video Tribute Jeremy S. Page, 34 years, of Edon, Ohio, died Monday, July 24, 2006 at Community Memorial Hospital, Hicksville, Ohio after injuries received in an automobile accident. Jeremy was a press operator for 20/20 Custom Moulded Plastics, Holiday City, for the past 4 years. Prior to this he had worked for Regent Manufacturing in Edgerton and the former Custom Repack in Bryan. Jeremy S. Page was born on June 17, 1972, in Piqua, Ohio, the son of Steve J. And Linda M. (Miller) Page. He married Jan L. Hutchinson on May 28, 1994 in Bryan, Ohio, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Jeremy is survived by three sons, Dustin McIlvain of Brooklyn, New York, Chase McIlvain and Allister Page, both at home; Parents, Steve and Linda Page of Bryan; Sister, Dulcey (Jay) Speck of Garrett, Indiana; brother, Steve Page, Jr.; Maternal grandparents, Harold (Garnet) Miller of Springfield, Ohio, Paternal grandparents, John (Maxine) Pippin of Edgerton, Ohio; Paternal great-grandfather, Charles Page of Mulberry, Florida, along with many aunt, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by an infant child, Jamie Page, and grandmother, Nancy Pippin. Funeral services for Jeremy S. Page will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2006 in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, with Pastor Rose Lewis, officiating. Interment will follow in Edon Cemetery. Visitation for Jeremy S. Page will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2006 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00 -8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial in the name of Jeremy S. Page may be given to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital of the donor's choosing.
