Rita A. Trausch

Rita A. Trausch, age 88, of Bryan, Ohio and formerly a long time resident of the Toledo area, died at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, July 21, 2006, at Harborside Healthcare in Bryan, Ohio, after an extended illness. She was a house keeper for Father Leo P. Williams until his death and returned to the Bryan in 1986. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bryan, Ohio. Rita A. Trausch was born July 13, 1918 near Blakeslee, Ohio, the daughter of Nicholas and Anna (Thiel) Trausch. Ms. Trausch is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and one sister-in-law, Rosalie Sanders, of Bryan, Ohio. She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Gilbert, Albert, Clarence, Lyonel, John, Rupert and Simon Trausch, five sisters, Sister, Donitilla Trausch, Bertha Bermingham, Sister Ignatius Trausch and infant sisters, Martha and Loretta Trausch. Services for Rita A. Trausch will be Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Blakeslee, Ohio, with Father Stephen Schroeder officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery near Blakeslee, Ohio . Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, July 24, 2006. Recitation of the rosary will be Monday evening at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorials in the name of Rita A. Trausch may be given to the Harborside Healthcare Activity fund or to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Blakesee.
