Orville L. Wagner, age 66, of Bryan, Ohio, peacefully passed on Thursday, June 3, 2010, surrounded by family and friends in Defiance Inpatient Hospice, Defiance, Ohio. Mr. Wagner was employed as a steam engineer with Pet Milk, Bryan, for nine years, and was currently a steam engineer with Titan Tire, Bryan. He was a proud member of the First Baptist Church, Bryan, and the United Kennel Club. He was an avid coon hunter and coon hound breeder, winning a lifetime achievement award for his dedication to the English Breed. He was also a blessed musician with a deep passion in his heart for music and a gardening ability that could not be surpassed. Above all, he loved spending time with his wife, kids, grandchildren, family, and many, many friends. Orville L. Wagner was born on September 18, 1943, in Harlan, Kentucky, the son of Ada Brock. He married Nancy Reliford on December 7, 1976, in Bryan, Ohio, and she survives. He is also survived by his children, Curtis Reliford, Rick (Charity) Reliford, Glenda (Doug) Dubois and Linda Tracy, all of Bryan, eight grandchildren, four sisters, Mary Hall, of Loveland, Ohio, Brenda (Jack) Boatwright, of Newcastle, Indiana, Betty (Ed) Davis, of Goshen, Ohio, and Wanda (Bob) Kirby, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and one brother, Jerry (Pam) Delape, also of Goshen. Visitation for Orville L. Wagner will be held on Monday, June 7, 2010, from 2:00-8:00 P.M. in the First Baptist Church, 925 East Fountain Grove Drive, Bryan, Ohio. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, in the church with Pastor John MacFarlane officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Grove Cemetery, West Unity, Ohio. Memorials may be given to Evergreen Manor Activity Fund.
