Rosemary M. Myers, age 88, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 12:08 A.M. on Monday, September 20, 2010, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she was a patient. Mrs. Myers was a licensed practical nurse and worked as a fund-raiser with the Michigan Department of Aging. She earned her pilot’s license in 1940, during the war years. Rosemary M. Myers was born on July 26, 1922, in White Pigeon Township, Michigan, the daughter of Herbert and Isabell (Clark) Fage. Surviving are her children, Larry (Phyllis) Kahila, of Sturgis, Michigan, Gary (Lee Ann) Walton, of Boca Raton, Florida, Cindy (Bob) Stanton, of Bryan, and Penny (Dan) Kautz, of Tucson, Arizona, sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Ron Kahila, her parents, two sisters, and one brother. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, from 5:00-7:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan. Services will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010, at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home, with Reverend Dwight Bowers officiating. Interment will be in White Pigeon Cemetery, White Pigeon, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Williams County Humane Society.
