Keith C. Tritch, age 80, of Mineral Ridge, Ohio, died at 12:27 P.M. on Saturday, August 21, 2010, in his home. Mr. Tritch was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean Conflict, where he received a Purple Heart for wounds received in combat. He was a Teamsters truck driver and who was employed by Werner Trucking and Hall’s Trucking and Overnight Trucking, from which he retired. In retirement, he and his wife spent many winters in Bushnell, Florida. He was an avid fan of country music and loved to go to his favorite spot, Catfish Johnnie's, to enjoy his country music. Keith C. Tritch was born on June 28, 1930, near Hudson, Indiana, the son of Carl and Blanche (Woods) Tritch. He married Kathleen M. Vance on December 16, 1952, in Angola, Indiana, and she survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Audrey Doster, of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Margie Kuckuck, of West Unity, Ohio, and a sister-in-law, Arlene (Harold) Borton, of Montpelier, Ohio. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Orlo Tritch, and one sister, Berdina Williams. Visitation will be held in the Montpelier Nazarene Church from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Services will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the church with Pastor John Rumple officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Montpelier, with grave side military rites conducted by Bryan VFW Post #2489.
