Alan R. Walker

Alan R. Walker, age 57, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 4:50 A.M. on Monday, March 29, 2010, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, where he was admitted earlier in the evening. Mr. Walker was a graduate of Edgerton High School. Alan R. Walker was born on December 6, 1952, in Montpelier, Ohio, the son of Donald L. and Anna Louise (Wheeler) Walker. He married Vicki Jo Pilarski on October 28, 1978, in Edgerton, and she survives. He is also survived by one son, James Walker, of Edgerton, one daughter, Amanda (Lee) Robey, of Fairfield, Ohio, and one brother, Donald S. “Steve” (Ruth) Walker, also of Edgerton. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Linda Kimpel. Services for Alan R. Walker will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at 2:30 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Pastor Byron Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton. Visitation will be held on Thursday prior to the service, from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., in the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Compassion Medical Clinic.
