Flossie M. Fritz, age 89, of Kendallville, Indiana, and formerly a longtime resident of Edgerton, Ohio, died on Sunday, March 28, 2010, at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville, where she was a patient. Mrs. Fritz was a finisher with Bryan Custom Plastics, retiring with twenty years of service. She was a member of the Edgerton Business and Professional Women for many years and the Wolcottville First Baptist Church. Flossie M. Fritz was born on January 13, 1921, near Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Arthur R. and Odella M. (Bradford) Deal. She married Fred E. Fritz on January 18, 1941, in Edgerton, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on December 19, 2007. Surviving are three daughters, Patricia (Ashford) Smith, of LaGrange, Indiana, Lynette (Ron) Davis, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Karen Louise Fritz, of Kendallville, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Denver Deal. Services for Flossie M. Fritz will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Pastor Keith Perry officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 P.M., on Wednesday. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton. Memorials in the name of Flossie M. Fritz may be given to Parkview Noble Hospice Care or to the Wolcottville First Baptist Church.
