Danny Lee DeVlaminck, age 53, of rural Montpelier, Ohio, died at 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at his home after an illness of one year. Mr. DeVlaminck was a truck driver for Arrow Tru-Line in Bryan, Ohio, and a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #2489, Bryan Am-Vets, Bryan Eagles and the Moose Lodge of Montpelier, Ohio. Danny Lee DeVlaminck was born on June 9, 1954, in Mount Clemens, Michigan, the son of Richard Henry and Betty Jean (Strouse) DeVlaminck. He is survived by three brothers, including Dale (Deb) DeVlaminck, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Tracy (Connie) Moog, of Williams Center, Ohio, four sisters, Deb (Richard) Martin, of Reading, Michigan, Tamy Gresset, of Butler, Indiana, Judy Gieger, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Karen (Robert) Robison, of Camden, Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services for Danny Lee DeVlaminck will be on Monday, July 30, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home in Edgerton, Ohio. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton, Ohio, with grave side military rites conducted by Bryan VFW Post #2489. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2007, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home in Edgerton, Ohio. Memorials in the name of Danny Lee DeVlaminck may be given to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers - Hospice Care.
