Mary M. Casebere, age 94, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 8:55 A.M. on Monday, August 30, 2010, at Park View Nursing Center in Edgerton, where she was a resident. Mrs. Casebere was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton, Rosary Altar Society and C L of C. She was also a former Girl Scout leader and 4-H advisor and was a member of the Edgerton Garden Club and two pinochle clubs. Mary M. Casebere was born on February 16, 1916, in Edgerton, the daughter of Frank X. and Catherine (Coressel) Pahl. She married Paul L. Casebere on September 27, 1934, in Edgerton, and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2005. Surviving are two daughters, Paula (Michael) Dockery and Mary Jane (Allen) Hubbell, both of Edgerton, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one sister, Catherine Flegal, of Edgerton. She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, from 5:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, followed by recitation of the rosary at 8:00 P.M. Services will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Edgerton, with Reverend Stephen Schroeder officiating. Interment will be St. Mary’s Cemetery, Edgerton. Memorials may be given to the St. Mary Catholic Church Door Renovation Fund or Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers Hospital Hospice.
