Steven C. Jessup, age 51, formerly of Bryan, Ohio, died in Cupertino, California, on Friday, August 10, 2007, where he had resided for one year. Mr. Jessup was a band builder at General Tire and retired in 2005 with thirty-one years of service. He was also a member of the Bryan Eagles Aerie #2233 and the Bryan Moose Lodge #1064 and United Steel Workers Local 890. Steven Charles Jessup was born on May 9, 1956, in Winchester, Indiana, the son of Robert K. and Beverly A. (Larison) Jessup. He married Cynthia Rebecca Pike on August 25, 1984, in Bryan, Ohio, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Mr. Jessup is survived by his mother and step-father, Beverly (Albert) Charles, of Bryan, Ohio, his father and step-mother, Robert K. (Lynne) Jessup, of Ossian, Indiana, and one sister, Kathy (Randy) Snyder, and four nephews and nieces, David Brown, Noah Snyder, Tara Jessup and Maura Rebecca Hantz and three step-sisters one step-brother and a half sister. He was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Jessup, and an infant son, Michael Cooley. Services for Steven C. Jessup will be on Saturday, August 18, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home at 860 West Mulberry Street in Bryan, Ohio. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home in Bryan from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, August 17. Memorials in the name of Steven C. Jessup may be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
