Mary E. Nicholls

Mary E. Nicholls, age 78, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2007, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she was admitted earlier in the day. Mrs. Nicholls was employed by the Ohio Art Company and retired with 21 years of service. She is a member of New Hope Community Church in Bryan, Ohio, and the Prime Time church group. Mary E. Nicholls was born on May 8, 1929, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Charlotte (Evans) Weaver. She married Blaine A. Nicholls on August 21, 1946, in Columbus, Ohio, and he survives. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Nicholls is survived by two sons, Chuck (Pattie) Nicholls, of Archbold, Ohio, and David (Pat) Nicholls, of Bryan, Ohio, four grandchildren, Chad (Patricia) Nicholls, of Alvordton, Ohio, Amber Nicholls, of Archbold, Ohio, Matthew Nicholls, of Bryan, Ohio, and Corrie (Tim) Furry, of Dayton, Ohio, five great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Dawn Nicholls-Keith in 2002. Services for Mary E. Nicholls will be on Wednesday, September 19, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. in New Hope Community Church near Bryan, Ohio, with Pastor George Kreger and Pastor Jeremy Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Shiffler Cemetery near Bryan, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home at 860 West Mulberry Street in Bryan from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18. Memorials in the name of Mary E. Nicholls may be given to the American Heart Association.
