Reba L. Flegal, age 96, of Edon, Ohio, died early on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, in her home. She was a homemaker and a member of the Edon United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Edon Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a 1928 graduate of Montpelier High School. Reba L. Flegal was born on October 10, 1910, in Delphos, Ohio, the daughter of William J. and Almetta (Miller) Clapp. She married Guy P. Flegal on January 12, 1936, in Montpelier, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on April 11, 1989. Mrs. Flegal is survived by one daughter, Kay (James) Harmon, of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, one son, Ron (Judy) Flegal, of Edon, Ohio, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Raven Jade Parrish, one sister, Lucille Altaffer, one brother, Wilbur Clapp, and one stepbrother, Jim Miller. Services for Reba L. Flegal will be on Saturday, January 13, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, Ohio, with Pastor Eric Dailey officiating. Interment will follow in the Edon Cemetery. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home in Edon from 11-1 p.m. on Saturday prior to the service. Memorials in the name of Reba L. Flegal may be given to the Edon United Methodist Church.
