Alexandria A. “Alice” Pike, age 78, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 5:55 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2009, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana, after a brief illness. Mrs. Pike worked as a medical secretary while residing in California for 36 years. She will be dearly missed by her loving dog, “Tia Mia.” Alexandria A. Pike was born on April 8, 1931, in Staten Island, New York, the daughter of Antonio and Vita (Russo) LoSacco. She married James M. Pike II on April 4, 1959, in North Hollywood, California, and he survives. Jim and Alice moved to Bryan, Ohio, twenty years ago to be closer to family. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, James M. Pike III of Valley Village, California, and John (Paula) Pike, of Rancho Mirage, California, two sisters, Teresa Brestle, and Antoinette Grigas, both of Staten Island, New York, two brothers, Peter LoSacco and Anthony LoSacco, both of Staten Island, New York. Services for Alexandria A. “Alice” Pike will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with visitation prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow the service in Shiffler Cemetery near Bryan, Ohio. Memorials in the name of Alexandria A. Pike may be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
