Ralph S. Bush, Jr.

Ralph S. Bush, Jr., age 78, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 8:43 P.M. on Sunday, September 6, 2009, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice near Defiance, Ohio, where he was a patient. Mr. Bush was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served in Korea. He worked as a machinist for many years with Goss Manufacturing and Rockwell-Collins in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He then became an over-the-road truck driver, retiring as a driver for CRST Trucking. He was a member of Bryan Eagles, Aerie #2233. Ralph S. Bush, Jr. was born on December 27, 1930, in Jeanette, Pennsylvania, the son of Ralph S. and Amy Louise (Tompkins) Bush, Sr. He is survived by four daughters, Michele Behrens, of North Liberty, Iowa, Lisa Bush, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Kathy Rhovenvaugh, of Moline, Illinois, and Carol Eggermont, in Illinois, one son, Joseph Bush, of Miami, Florida, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three grandchildren. Visitation for Ralph S. Bush, Jr. will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2009, from 4-8 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio. Interment will be in Pennsylvania at a later date.
