Julia M. “Judy” (Siebenaler) Fraley, age 69, of Hamilton, Indiana, died at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15, 2009, in St. Joseph Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she was a patient. Mrs. Fraley worked as a bookkeeper at the Speed-E-Mart in Angola, Indiana, retiring in 1996 after more than twenty years of service. She was a member of the Hamilton United Methodist Church and the Steuben County Home Extension Club. Judy was born on February 24, 1940, in Defiance, Ohio, the daughter of Donald and Dorothy (Frager) Siebenaler. She married Deloy Fraley on June 24, 1967, in Angola, Indiana, and he survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Sherri (Mike) Kasson, of Woodville, Ohio, and Laurie Kaiser, of Hamilton, Indiana, two sons, Joel Kaiser, of Angola, and Kenneth E. Kaiser, also of Hamilton, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one brother, Bill (Donna) Siebenaler, of Edgerton, Ohio, and one sister, Dolores Kelley, of Bryan, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, David. Services for Judy will be held on Tuesday, May 19, at 11:00 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, Ohio. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Monday, May 18, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Memorials in the name of Judy Fraley may be given to Steuben County Cancer Society.
