Jody C. Crum, 47, of Bryan died unexpectedly on Thursday, October 4, 2007, in her home. Born on May 20, 1960, in Bryan to Shari Gabriel and Jerry Lord, she was married to Tod Crum on September 21, 2003, and he survives. A homemaker, she had retired in 2004 as a machine operator at ITW Tomco Plastics, Inc. of Bryan. She was a 1977 graduate of Trotwood-Madison High School in Dayton. She was a Bryan resident most of her life. Surviving in addition to her husband are her mother, Shari Lord, of Sarasota, Florida; two daughters, Jamie (John) Robbins, of Bryan, and Jessica Coolman, of Bryan; two grandchildren, Isaiah and Katie Robbins; and her grandmother, Francille Gabriel, of Sarasota, Florida. Preceding her in death was her father. Visitation will be on Monday, October 8, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Krill Funeral Home in Bryan. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 9, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Richard Buchensteiner officiating. Interment will be private. Preferred memorials are to the family.
