Pearl L. Knisely, age 93, formerly of Edgerton, Ohio, died on Monday, July 9, 2007, at Northern Florida Rehabilitation and Specialty Care Center in Gainesville, Florida, where she was a resident. Mrs. Knisely and her husband, Denver, were long-time owners/operators of Knisely Dry Cleaners, serving the Edgerton area for twenty-five years. She was a member of the Edgerton Church of Christ. Pearl Louise Knisely was born on December 23, 1913, near Ney, Ohio, the daughter of Edward and Anna (Mueller) Bergman. She married Denver Knisely on December 9, 1942, and he preceded her in death on June 10, 1976. Mrs. Knisely is survived by one son, Dennis (Cynthia) Knisely, of High Springs, Florida, three granddaughters, Julie Knisely, Jenny Yoder and Jill Knisely, one great-granddaughter, Abby Yoder, and one brother, Dayton Bergman, of Platt Woods, Missouri. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Barry, and eight brothers and sisters. Services for Pearl L. Knisely will be on Saturday, July 14, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, Ohio, with D.V. Dillinger officiaiting. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton, Ohio. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral in Edgerton from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, July 13, 2007. Memorials in the name of Pearl L. Knisely may be given to the Edgerton Church of Christ.
