View Video Tribute William C. “Bill” Clark, age 68, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 5:22 p.m. on Friday, October 12, 2007, in Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, where he had been a patient for one week. Mr. Clark retired from The Aro Corporation in Bryan, Ohio, in 1999 with thirty-seven years of service. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and participated in the Berlin Crisis Airlift in 1961. He attended New Hope Community Church, was a Life Member of Am-Vets and was an avid fisherman. He was also an antique collector and a member of the Northwest Ohio Antique Club. William C. “Bill” Clark was born on July 13, 1939, in Pleasant Lake, Indiana, the son of Ted and Gladys (Freeman) Clark. He married Janet I. Cook on February 4, 1963, in Angola, Indiana, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Mr. Clark is survived by two sons, David Clark, of Aurora, Colorado, and Allen (Joni) Clark, of Plain City, Ohio, one granddaughter, Abigail Clark, of Plain City, Ohio, one sister, Bonnie (Bill) Ashley, of Aptos, California, and one brother, Ralph Clark, of Woodland Park, Colorado. He was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters. Services for William C. “Bill” Cark will be on Saturday, October 20, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Community Church - North Campus with Pastor Jeremy Brown officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Memorials in the name of William C. “Bill” Clark may be given to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers - Hospice Care or to the Alzheimer’s and Related Disorders Association.
