John F. “Ted” Danner, age 56 of Bryan, Ohio, died at 11:45 A.M. on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at Genesis HealthCare-Bryan Center, in Bryan after an extended illness. Mr. Danner was a graduate of Defiance High School and had attended Defiance College. He was a creative individual known as “Tie Dye Ted” for all of the Tie Dye shirts he made and also was a follower of the Grateful Dead.
John F. “Ted” Danner was born on March 4, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of Frederick W. and Nancy J.(Johnston) Danner.
Survivors include two brothers, David Danner, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio and William (Brenda) Danner, of Indianapolis, Indiana; a step son, Marc Beardsley, of Toledo, Ohio and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Karen and his beloved dog, Chumley.
Visitation will be held in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 26, 2017. Services will follow beginning at 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan with Pastor Jeff Brookins officiating. Interment will take place in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan.
Memorials are requested to the Williams County Humane Society.
